Pilates

It is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits. Joseph Pilates was the man who developed pilates over 20 years ago. There are two divisions to Pilates: (1) mat work, (2) equipment work. These two methods work to strenthen and give elasticity to the body. Truly a well rounded physical regim.
