VISCERAL MANIPULATIONO
Every thing has movement within the body, including organs. The movement can be limited because of its connection to connective tissues. This limitation may occurr due to trauma (i.e. surgery, accidents), as well as stress, and scar formations. In order to mobilize the visceral components, very specific soft manual forces are used to encourage normal mobility, tone and motion of the internal organs and their connective tissues.
Visceral Manipulation was developed by French Osteopath, Jean-Pierre Barral.
